The most common advice you’ll hear about diet is to eat smaller, healthier portions and exercise more. If you think this is easier said than done, imagine a person living with dementia who only wants to sit on the couch eating sweets.

When we get a driver's license, it's considered a big part of becoming an adult, so losing our driver's license feels like the opposite of that. The conversation with your parent about driving is not an easy one but should not wait until an accident happens.
